Couples Shadow Work Weekend

This weekend offers the opportunity for you to explore the shadows that might be at play in your relationship, to learn how to communicate and understand each other better, and to deepen and enrich your connection. The weekend format offers an ideal opportunity to do some intensive work on your relationship when the logistics of regular weekly sessions are challenging.

During this course you will learn ways to understand the patterns you each bring to the relationship, and what lies behind any difficulties or limitations you are experiencing. You will develop a shared language and way of talking about what happens between you. You will also explore the different parts of each of you that are at play in the relationship, and look at how these different parts can be held safely, and how you can work together to make the relationship a more loving and supportive place for you both.

As part of all of this you will learn and practice shadow work tools to help you deepen your understanding of each other.  You will also develop an in depth understanding of the powerful Five Fields Framework communication model. You will be able to take your knowledge of this framework away with you, and use it to support your communication together in your day to day lives moving forward.

Location: The Green Room, Frome, Somerset

Timings: 9.30am to 6pm each day

Cost: £325 per person (£650 per couple)
