All face to face workshops, trainings, individual and couples sessions take place in The Green Room in Frome, Somerset.

I warmly welcome people of all sexual orientations and gender identities to my practice and I welcome people of all cultural, racial and ethnic backgrounds.

Individual Shadow Work Sessions

I offer face to face individual shadow work sessions in the Green Room in Frome, Somerset.

Individual Healing The Shadow sessions last between 2 and 5 hours.

I work with people on a long term, medium term or short term basis.

The first time we work together we meet for either a five hour session, or a series of three 2 hour sessions. This gives time for you to immerse yourself in the work and fully complete a process. It also allows for us to build a working relationship, laying the groundwork for further sessions.

Further sessions are tailored in length and frequency to meet your individual requirements.

For short term work you are welcome to come for a one off five hour session to work on something quite boundaried and specific. You may also wish to book a short follow up session the following week. This way of working is popular with people who are already working with a weekly therapist, or have a strong therapeutic support network.

If you wish to make a longer term commitment to your healing and growth you may choose to sign up for one of the Six Month Shadow Work Packages

Alternatively you are welcome to work with me in a more open ended way, for example by booking fortnightly two hour sessions or monthly five hour sessions.

It is also possible to book a 90 minute introductory session where you can come and get a flavour of the Healing The Shadow process and an understanding of what it could offer you.

Discover Your Archetype!

I offer a 90 minute consultation where we can explore which archetype is most out of balance for you, and how this might have come about. You will also discover the gold to be found in this archetype, and what your pathway to healing might look like. Follow this link for further information about these consultations.

Couples Work

I offer couples work sessions in the Green Room in Frome or via zoom.

Initially I offer a programme of seven two and a half hour sessions. Further regular sessions can then be booked if you wish to continue to work the work with me. Further details of the couples programme can be found on the couples work page.

Body Work

I offer body work sessions in the Green Room in Frome.

Body work takes place fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing.

Longer sessions are available by negotiation. These can include an element of Healing The Shadow work and an opportunity for deeper exploration of personal issues.

Fees

I work with a wide variety of clients and my fee scale is designed to accommodate this.

The fee scale runs from £100 – £200 per hour.

When you book I ask you to choose the point on the scale that is most appropriate for your circumstances at this time. I don’t ask for any explanation or justification of your choice, and I am always happy with the lowest rate.

The fee for a Discover Your Archetype consultation is £120.

Two Year Practitioner Training

I lead a two year professional practitioner training in shadow work. All the details, dates and fees can be found on the training website.

Group Workshops and CPD Trainings

I run a variety of group workshops and CPD trainings. Further details of these events can be found on the workshops page.

Bookings and cancellations Policy

I take deposits upon booking for all sessions and workshops. I ask for deposits to be paid within 24 hours of booking and these are non refundable and non transferable. The remaining balance is due two weeks before an individual session takes place and four weeks before a workshop. From this point onwards the balance is also non refundable and non transferable.
