Individual Shadow Work Sessions

I offer face to face shadow work sessions in the Green Room in Frome. When appropriate I also offer sessions via zoom.

Individual Healing The Shadow sessions last between 2 and 5 hours. The first session is usually five hours (or alternatively a series of 3 two hour sessions). Further sessions are tailored in length and frequency to the individual requirements of each client. If you wish to make a long term commitment to your healing and growth you may wish to sign up for one of the Six Month Shadow Work packages once you’ve completed your first five hour session.

Please feel free to call for further information and a discussion of what you would like from the work. It is also possible to book a 90 minute introductory session where you can come and get a flavour of the Healing The Shadow process and an understanding of what it could offer you.

People use this work in a variety of ways. Some people come for a one off session to work on something quite boundaried and specific. Other people come for a series of sessions, maybe 3 or 4 sessions altogether over a few months in order to get to the bottom of a particular issue.

Other people use the work in an ongoing way to support their personal development, for example by signing up for a shadow work package or by choosing regular sessions of the length and frequency that works best for their particular circumstances. Before you start we can discuss together your particular requirements and how you would like to access the work.

Fees for Individual Shadow Work Sessions

I work with a wide variety of clients and my fee scale is designed to accommodate this. When you book I ask you to choose the hourly rate that is most appropriate for your circumstances at this time. I don’t ask for any explanation or justification of your choice.

The hourly rate for shadow work sessions in Frome is from £90 – £170 per hour.

The hourly rate for online shadow work sessions via zoom is from £90 – £170 per hour

A concessionary rate of £80 per hour is available on request. Please contact me to discuss if this applies to you.

Fees for Couples Work

The hourly rate for couples sessions in Frome is from £100 – £180 per hour.

The hourly rate for couples sessions via zoom is from £100 – £180 per hour.

Body Work

I offer sessions in the Green Room in Frome.

Body work takes place fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing.

Longer sessions are available by negotiation. These can include an element of Healing The Shadow work and an opportunity for deeper exploration of personal issues.

The hourly rate for sessions in Frome is from £90 – £170 per hour.

Bookings and cancellations Policy

I take deposits on booking for all sessions and workshops. Deposits are to be paid within 24 hours of booking and are non refundable and non transferable. The remaining balance is due two weeks before an individual session takes place, four weeks before a workshop or six weeks before the start of a Six Month journey. From this point onwards the balance is non refundable and non transferable.
